1. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale apply to every booking or purchase of a service — session, package or gift card — from Massage 7e Sens, whether the order is placed through massage75007.com, massage-liberatoire-paris.fr, Resalib, SumUp Bookings, by telephone, via WhatsApp or at the studio.
2. Services
The services offered are wellness and relaxation massages. They are not medical care, therapeutic treatment or psychotherapy. No sexual services are offered.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
- Heavy legs massage — 1 hour: €80
- Relaxing Californian massage — 1 hour 30 minutes: €100
- HypnoMassage — 1 hour 30 minutes: €130
- Energising Californian massage — 1 hour 30 minutes: €150
- Awakening the Senses massage — 1 hour 30 minutes: €150
- Massage Libératoire, for women only — 2 hours 30 minutes: €300
- Package of 5 heavy legs massages: €320
- Package of 5 Californian massages: €400
- Package of 3 HypnoMassages: €350
4. Booking and payment
4.1 Booking. Appointments may be booked online through Resalib or SumUp Bookings, by telephone or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once the requested payment has been received through SumUp. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the appointment may be released.
4.2 Massage Libératoire. A €100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining €200 is payable on the day of the session, in cash or by bank card.
4.3 Payment methods. Payment may be made by bank card, in cash or with a valid gift card.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and late arrival
5.1 Any request to cancel or reschedule must be made as soon as possible by telephone, WhatsApp, email or through Resalib.
5.2 Subject to the right of withdrawal set out in Article 8, any payment or deposit made is retained and may be applied to a new session within six months. It is not refunded. As an exception, a cancellation made on the same day as the booking will receive a full refund, using the original payment method and within 14 days, provided the session is scheduled for a later date. A session booked to take place on the same day is non-refundable.
5.3 If the Client does not attend the appointment, the full fee remains due and the service is considered to have been provided.
5.4 Late arrival may reduce the length of the session without reducing the price.
6. Packages
Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are valid for six months from the purchase date. Any sessions not used before the expiry date are forfeited.
The cancellation and rescheduling terms in Article 5 apply to every session within a package. Packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless Massage 7e Sens agrees otherwise in writing. A package may be transferred to someone else with prior approval by email. Once the withdrawal period has expired, a package cannot be cancelled, including in the event of a move or a change in personal circumstances.
7. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for six months from the purchase date. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are issued in the recipient’s name but may be transferred to another person.
8. Right of withdrawal
For purchases made at a distance, the Client has a statutory 14-day period from the date the contract is concluded in which to exercise the right of withdrawal by emailing contact@massage75007.com.
If the Client asks for the service to begin before this period ends, the Client remains liable for the amount corresponding to any services already provided. Any refund due will be made within 14 days of notice of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made at the studio.
9. Health and safety
The Client confirms that they are fit to receive the selected service and agrees to disclose any pregnancy, injury, medical condition or ongoing treatment before the session. The practitioner may refuse or stop a session if health or safety conditions do not allow it to proceed.
10. Framework and consent
The framework and boundaries of the session are explained beforehand. The Client’s consent is ongoing: at any time, the Client may ask for an adjustment, a pause or for the session to stop. Massage Libératoire is exclusively for women.
11. Conduct
Any inappropriate, disrespectful or sexual behaviour will result in the session ending immediately, without a refund. Services are available to adults only.
12. Personal data
Personal data required for booking, payment and customer care is processed in accordance with the site’s privacy policy.
13. Complaints and mediation
Complaints may be sent to contact@massage75007.com.
If no amicable settlement is reached within two months, the consumer Client may use the CM2C consumer mediation service free of charge: 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — www.cm2c.net.
14. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rights available to consumers.
